Egg-citing Easter Fun

Congleton Town Council is delighted to invite families to join in the Easter festivities at the highly anticipated ‘Easter Treats Day’ in the town centre on Tuesday 8 April, from 11am- 2pm. This fun-filled event promises a variety of activities for all ages, including crafts, face painting, circus skills, and the chance to meet adorable calves at Halton Farms Milk Shack. Green-fingered visitors can enjoy seed planting with In Bloom, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot Billy, the giant rabbit hopping around! There’s no need to book—just turn up and enjoy the fun.

Adding to the excitement, the much-loved ‘Hop Around the Shops’ trail will run from 7-19 April. Families are invited to explore local shops, solve clues, and claim a free Easter treat at the end! Kindly donated by Tesco, Barn Road and Morrisons. Trail sheets can be downloaded below or picked up from the Congleton Information Centre.

Congleton’s Town Mayor, Cllr Kay Wesley expressed her enthusiasm for the event, saying: “Easter Treats Day is a fantastic opportunity for families to come together, celebrate the season, and support our wonderful local businesses. We are thrilled to offer such a vibrant and engaging event for our community, and I look forward to seeing everyone enjoying the festivities.”
