NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers issues this notice temporarily to prohibit traffic in the following length of road:-Brook Street, Congleton East Ward, Congleton, CW12 1RD from Willow Street/Herbert Street to Buxton Road.

The alternative route will be via the following streets: – Buxton Road A54, Congleton Road, A536, London Road, Macclesfield Road A34/A536, Macclesfield Road A536, Mill Lane A523/A536, Mountbatten Way A54, Old Mill Lane, Park Lane A536, Park Lane Roundabout A536, Park Street, Rood Hill A34/A54, Rood Hill Roundabout A54, Willow Street A54.Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and residents where possible.
