Seek Out the Tidy Town Champion
The Congleton Town Council Tidy Town Champion will be in the town centre on Saturday 10th November from 10.00am – 12.00pm. Councillor Glen Williams will be seeking your views on where the untidy parts of the town are and how residents can support the council and local voluntary groups to improve them.
Congleton Town is a great place to live and has recently won the Community Pride award and received the Gold Standard in the Northwest in Bloom competition again.
But we want to get better and need residents to tell us where the grot spots are so we can arrange a clean up, help us identify sites where organisations such as Congleton Food4Free can plant edible plants and improve the environment and help the town to win the North West in Bloom competition. We are also looking for a lot more volunteers to help the town council make the town even better for all.
